Thanks for purchasing from Wants & Wishes!


Due to the nature of the item, all sales are final. If you receive the wrong file or personalization is wrong please contact us immediately so we can get you the right item. All files are emailed within 2 days (but usually within 24 hours or less). Please review all files before printing.

If you have not received your printable file please check your trash or spam folder, as some email providers will automatically categorize our emails as spam. All files will be emailed to the email given at checkout. 

If personalization is not given at the time of checkout in the "Notes to Seller" section, located on the checkout screen, please email us that information and we will link it to your order. We are not responsible for any delay in getting you your printables if that information is not given to us. We will try our best to get in contact with you via email to get all information we need to complete your order.


Party Supplies


Returns are acceptable within 2 weeks of receiving your item(s). All items must be unopened, unused to be acceptable for a return. Please contact us prior to shipping the items back to ensure you are within your 2 week time frame. Shipping is not refundable on any returns and shipping cost to be paid by the buyer if you wish to return any items. In the case that Wants and Wishes made a shipping error in sending the wrong product we will gladly cove the cost of postage for an exchange or return of the item(s).

Custom Orders:

All custom orders are a final sale and are not able to be returned.


All orders are shipped in 1-2 business days via USPS First-Class Mail. Custom orders can take up to 5 days. Please contact us for current shipping times if you need a rush delivery. Expedited delivery/shipping is available for an additional fee. Once mailed, we cannot guarantee shipping times. International shipments can take up to a month to arrive.

Wants & Wishes is not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail. International duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Arrangements for insurance, signature confirmation, or expedited shipping may be made for an additional fee. Please email us with the details for a quote.

Refunds are not issued when proof of delivery is provided. If your items is lost, please contact USPS and file a claim with them. We will try to assist as best we can. 

If a lost package is returned to us within 60 days and marked as undeliverable by the currier service, a refund for product amount will be refunded. Shipping rates paid do not apply.
